Once hired, then what?
As a staffing firm, it's essential for us to track and manage our consultants post hire. I've read that once you "hire" someone it converts them over to Zoho People. And I reviewed Zoho People, but it seems that is better suited for an internal organization. Since we place our consultants with our clients, do you have any tools that are better suited for managing hourly consultants? Essentially taking the job REQ from Zoho recruit to the next phase of the process and into account management with start and end dates, hourly pay and bill rates, reminders, reporting and have it all tied into the client and contact records to track correspondence.
