Hello all.

I’m a new user, and four main questions.

1) can I have one customer with different branches? It will effect many things such as (each branch performance, payments at the end of each month as it will be one payment for all branches).

2) when I sell a product there’s a deductible percentage as a charge.

ex: I’m issuing an invoice for a product for 10 dollars, but they will deduct a 20% and the will give me 8 dollars.

How can I mange this scenario in Zoho 

3) Can I have one item with different price ex: I’m selling a product to Customer A for 1 dollar and to customer B for 2 dollars.

4) Incase of return product what options do I have for this item, as it maybe a damage product which can’t be returned to inventory stocks.
