Only one account works

So we are a team using zoho docs for sharing spreadsheets. When we each use our own personal laptops there is no problem, however, when we use the common work computer there is: only the admin can successfully load up the "shared docs" folder and access the spreadsheet, whilst the others can log in but when they try to access that folder, it just says 'loading' indefinitely. Any tips? Cheers!
