Opening Documents in Zoho Writer
Being able to open up documents in Zoho writer is one of the best features of your Zoho project suite. I recently signed my team up for using the suite because of it. However, when clicking on a document, the default method is to download it. I am having to explain to my whole team how to open the document in writer - this is a pain - it is not as intuitive as one would think. There should be a way to change the default method.
