Option to block bookings from specific email address or ip adresss in zoho booking
Sometime few of our client keep booking irrelevant booking service just to resolve their queries and they keep booking it again and again whenever they have queries. Currently its disturbing our current communication process and hierarchy which we have setup and we want the client to email us for their queries instead of booking the new service.
Because of all this the calendars of our consultant are just getting filled up with repeated booking request from same customers. Please let us know how to resolve this
