Mail Box disabled. Mail Fetch has also been disabled for any active POP accounts.
Incoming can not be unblocked.
Error message is "Operation permitted for paid user(s) only.".
Our domain is "heatjacket.co.kr".
2. Do we have to contact you each time our account is blocked? Can we do it on our own?
3. We use free 25 account service(5GB/Account). Is that the reason to block accounts? We are very inconvenient to use Zoho Mail because mailboxes are often disabled.
We hope to resolve it ASAP.
