1. Our mail accounts have been blocked.
Control Panel does not respond and application access can not be activated.
Our domain is "heatjacket.co.kr".
2. Do we have to contact you every time when account is blocked? Can we do it on our own?
3. We use free 25 account service(5GB/Account). Is that the reason to block accounts?
