Outbound Email Issue

Outbound Email Issue

Anyone else experiencing this over the last hour? My incoming email is working but my outbound email is not showing on the dashboard. It is not just a reporting delay issue as I emailed myself to test and I didn't receive. Outgoing is hung up or delayed. 

UPDATE - After 20 - 30 mins the emails in question do make their way out but there is still a pretty substantial delay. 

Has this been flagged and is this being actively addressed?
