Outgoing Disabled

Hi ,

One of the mail users outgoing mail is disabled. When I see the user in control panel, I see Outgoing disabled in red. When I try and enable it, I get the error message: Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. Email id is rohit@maquette.co.in
