Outgoing Email Blocked due to a Virus that is now Fixed - Please Unblock

One of my email accounts has outgoing email blocked which seems to have occurred due to a virus on my wife's computer. That issue is now resolved and I need to get her outgoing email unblocked. How can I do that?
