Outgoing mail blocked

I received a notice saying:

The email forwarding configured in the Zoho Mail account  michael@804michael.com  to the email address  804michael@gmail.com Michael.Hottman@gmail.com  has been disabled due to repeated failures. You may check with the destination email provider for bounce failures.

But I did not receive any forwarding failures. Now my outgoing mail is blocked and I cannot reenable it. I have sent messages to support with no response yet so I figured I'd try here.
