Outllook quit receiving and sending email on 1/9/16 after working fine?

I'm a new user of Zoho mail. I'm a retired small email user that has my own domain setup for convenience. My domain is hosted elsewhere. I followed all the instructions to configure Zoho Mail with an external domain and how to configure Outlook 2010. On the 8th, I cancelled my old email account at the domain host. Everything went smoothly and worked well until Saturday, 1/9.

Since then, I've went into the DNS records at the domain host, who had locked it and unlocked the records, corrected the MX listings with the latest listings from a recent thread by an administrator and rebuilt the Outlook profile countless times. The Zoho mail page shows that my domain is verified and all is well.

To clarify, my Zoho webmail works fine but Outlook doesn't. I have years of emails and various folders that I frequently use that are important to me so I want to continue to use Outlook as my client.

Any ideas?

BTW, I'm a retired manager for an IT Help-desk and have several years experience doing romote access and Outlook support before assuming the manager role. I'm not the sharpest tech anymore but I do still have some skills and understanding.

I look forward to hearing some troubleshooting ideas.
