Using IMAP and Exchange Activesync on multiple different Windows 10 PCs.

Outlook will randomly stop synchronizing. 

It will say all folders are up to date, but that is just not true.

This is confirmed by logging into webmail, and users receiving emails on their phones.

This is a serious issue, that seemingly randomly affects different users on seemingly random days.
