Hi All,

I need your help to fix the issue I have with my outlook on this email.  This is what happened:

1. I configured my email on outlook using IMAP and Two Factor security without issues. I have been using this configuration in my Outlook 2016 without issues until half of January (during more than 8 months).
2. More than 2 weeks ago, I started to note that emails were not downloading to my outlook 2016, but they were on the web (mail.harvay.com).
3. I thought it was something related with the password and w factors security, so I rechanged my password for outlook on 2 factors security.
4. After do that, my outlook started to work again durign a day. After this day, it was starting to have the same issue on downloading the emails.
5. So, I changed my outlook password 2 factors again, but nothing happened.
6. I'm wokring on mail.harvay.com, but I would like to get my emails on outlook again.

I followed IMAP configuration guide and everything is OK. In fact, outlook is sending emails without issue and always connected. In addition to this, when I do the test on outlook, it is OK (no errors reported).

That is why I'm suspecting that the issue is on your IMAP server and it is related with 2Factors security.  Can you please help me?
