Outlook candidate parse email created 2 records and split resume and covering letter attachements

Outlook candidate parse email created 2 records and split resume and covering letter attachements

I just tried to add a candidate (and associate to a job) from outlook and it created 2 records - 1 record with the correct candidate name and attached his resume as i would expect and associated him to the job. The second record was created with his covering letter attached but this record was called "No Name" but was still associated with the right job. How can this be? More importantly how can it be prevented from happening. I should not have to check each parsed record to make sure it is correct and both attachments are with the one candidate record. Pls help
