Neither incoming nor outgoing mail is working with my outlook account.

As per the guides I have looked at, I have set up an additional  email account user with zoho: application.email@domain.co.uk (replacing domain with my website)  I am using this with the SMTP account.

For the incoming mail, I am using the primary zoho account.

I have included screenshots of my problem.
