Outlook integration - Zoho CRM vs Zoho Recruit
In Zoho CRM you have the "SalesInbox" in which all mails you've had with leads in your system are actually logged on their profile. I can't find this anywhere in Zoho Recruit - are there any plans of this being a feature in the future?
What is the best way to use Zoho Recruit with Outlook and keep track of correspondence with candidates/clients?
