Outlook not sending and receiving emails after setup
This issue is a bit more complex than the title.
We've been trying to use email "hello at queenbusybee dot co dot za" but struggle with removing a previous email address that we don't want to use "amanda at queenbusybee dot co dot za".
We upgraded and thought we would be able to resolve this problem but no joy as the problem still exists.
We are not able to remove the "amanda at queenbusybee dot co dot za" email address and we are not able to receive email in Outlook at the "hello at queenbusybee dot co dot za" email address.
Help will be appreciated.
