Outlook stopped syncing IMAP two days ago.

Switched my PC on Sunday morning and Outlook kept on asking for password for imappro.zoho.com and neither my usual password (which requires TFA) nor my app specific password worked.  I have tried on two different PCs, both win10 and Office 365.
ALSO when I log in as admin@mydomain, I have lost access to the admin control panel (or whatever it was called) which enabled me to manage the 6 or 7 users in mydomain who use Zoho Mail . . . 
What has happened?
My only guess is that I started a free trial of an upgrade from the FREE version to another, but didn't want to continue with the trial.  Has stopping that trial left me worse off than before???
Because I only have the free version, I cannot phone for support, and my two attempts to contact support (one via their web form, and then via email) have not received any replies . . .
I'm really stuck without a decent Outlook imap connection (though I've been struggling with the web version and my mobile app.)
