Hi All,
As per the subject I want to restrict which contacts the signals notifications are activated for, and indeed which contacts email are tracked in the crm - my boss does not want his sensitive  emails to end up in there but he does want to track his sales activity with contacts.

On that - I cannot see emails my boss(our salesperson) has send to our contacts from outlook even though they are syncing to zoho for him. As I assist with the sales process it is important for me to see these emails so I can trigger other activity.

I am using CRM plus and we are both admins (i'm the super admin)
