Is anyone else facing this issue of outlook being unable to synch with zoho mail servers? Really appreciate if anyone can help.
I am getting following message and despite doing everything (resetting computer, restarting outlook, changing password etc. etc.) nothing seems to be working. Issue appeared 3 days ago and there is no resolution as of yet.
I keep getting following message for each email address:
Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for info@irvxxxx.com.' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for info@irvxxxx.com. Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'
Anyone has any idea how to resolve it? Thank you
