Overloaded Notification Center?
I'm the administrator of Zoho Desk, so all the rules involving connections, scripts and activities are on me. For example, adding a comment in a workflow results in it being under my name in that ticket.
Is that why I keep getting notifications on tickets that do not involve me in any other way? Is there a way around this issue? I don't want to switch to email notifications, I prefer mobile apps to notify me when something's happening instead.
I use Notification Centre to know when my own tickets get updated or responded to, but right now with our users being more and more active the notifications I receive keep getting less and less relevant.
