Paid for extra storage but my accounts are still blocked

Paid for extra storage but my accounts are still blocked

I cannot receive emails or send emails. Emails are sent to me today, but I Will never know about it. 
I have purchased extra storage and my profile shows that I have only 20% of my storage Space used. But still I cannot unblock it. The only thing I can do is send an email to support.  I get no answer.  This is intolerable. Anyone any suggestions how I can get the attention of support?
