Paid for Zoho One and Zoho Recruit instantly changed to a horrible version
So yesterday, August 9th 2017, I discovered and tried out Zoho Recruit. Loved it! Smooth flowing. Looks great. Parsed some resumes. Passed all of my tests. A moment later, I saw a link for Zoho One. Holy cow! All that for just $35 per month? I signed up and even paid for my first month (thank heavens I didn't sign up for a full year..).
Literally the moment after I did that, I went back to Zoho Recruit and the format was radically different. Horrible! Blocky. Clunky. Looked like I went back to Windows 3.1 beta. So I contacted multiple avenues of support. Sent screenshots, etc... Response is that they are looking at it. Just got off the phone. Their "Devs" are looking at it.
That brings me here. I am more than a bit concerned reading the horror stories on support. Can I really run my business on this?
Heck of a first impression folks. I may give it another day. After that, I'll pull the plug if this isn't resolved.
