Hey there,
I've another domain's email hosting with Zoho Mail and we got hacked 2 weeks back and all our accounts got inactive. I put up a post on Zoho forums and that was resolved but the admin account got changed to another email address and now we are unable to activate our incoming emails which is really creating a lot of issues for us.
Kindly help as soon as possible as it is really an issue for us over here. I've been trying to reach support by email since a week now :)

Old Admin Account:
admin@bagnfly.com
I have the password for the old admin but as it was removed as a super-user I am not able to activate incoming emails for other accounts.
