Password reset issue - URGENT
I have created an email account for
info@veintrain.com.au. Unfortunately I didn't finish the setup process and LastPass has decided to lose the password. Now when I go to reset password it sends a reset link to
info@veintrain.com.au - not very useful when I don't have access to this email address. Or rather I didn't until I set up
info@veintrain.com.au on Gmail, did all the verification etc and then tried to get Zoho to send a reset password link again. Only Zoho still doesn't send the email to that address. This is an URGENT issue. There seems to be a flaw in Zoho's password reset feature. Can someone please look into this? Failing this issue getting fixed, I will have to most likely continue with Gmail and, frankly, I can see me having to move quite a few of my clients email away from Zoho if this cannot be resolved. I've got the email verified on Gmail, is this enough or what else do you need from me? Thanking you in advance for any assistance you can give me.
