Paste as value, ctrl+shift+v bug

Scenario:

Copy one cell
Select range of cells
Paste as value(s) from right click populates all cells
Paste as value(s) from ctrl+shift+v only populates the first cell

I work in tables A LOT and I need the keyboard shortcut to work so I don't overwrite conditional formatting.
