Payment problem, lack of timely support

I have no idea what is going on with your company regarding my  payment. On all attempts I received message that payment was declined. However my credit card company said nothing is wrong on their end and the payment was authorized but is waiting for a security key confirmation from Zoho. I've made numerous attempts to reach support by phone and chat while no positive results. I no longer have time for this and plan to renew my accounts with my current email hosting company. The point of this message is to confirm nothing to be charged to my credit card. If anything was successfully charges, I request it immediately be refunded based on the payment decline messages received from Zoho. Please confirm.

When your support team has time to talk on phone, please call and we can discuss possibly transferring my accounts in the future when my renewal expires.
