Payment "Thank You" - From Email Address

We have 2 users in our Zoho invoice account. 

When I click to send a payment thank you after recording a customer payment, it sends correctly from the email address that is in the organizational profile email field which is as expected. But when the other user does the same, it sends from his personal email id and not the email address listed in the organization profile. I do not see a setting to fix this. Please assist.
