Paypal payments not always recorded in Zoho Invoice

We have problems for a moment now, and it seems to be random (most works OK), what can cause the problem ?

We do receive the Paypal payment, but it's not recorded in Zoho as its should. Customers are using the links from zoho invoice email, as it should...
