Seasons Greetings from Zoho Mail team. Thank you all for your continuous support for Zoho Mail.
We are performing a set of planned maintenance activities and certain infrastructure upgrades in our US Data Centers on Dec 21st, 2019 from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM PST. These upgrades will help us serve you better with improved efficiency.
During this upgrade, we will be switching all Zoho services to our secondary Data Center to ensure that our services continue functioning. The email services will be continued without any disruption, except for negligible slowness. The users would be able to send/ receive emails and access their email accounts during the entire time with minimum hiccups/ delays.
We do not expect any disturbances to the services during this period, but should you experience a disruption, please let us know immediately at support@zohomail.com or tweet us @zohocares.
Once the maintenance activities are completed, all our services will resume to normal and you will be able to access all the features without any issues.
Whitelist IP Address for external SMTP/ Routing/ Outbound gateway/ Deliverability:
If you have whitelisted Zoho Mail IP addresses, please include the following IP address also to the list 136.143.189.0/25, for routing purposes or outbound gateway or delivering emails and so on.
Google Apps/ Gmail POP Account users:
If you have your Gmail/ Google Apps account configured in Zoho, Gmail might alert you about the activity from the new IP Address. The alert would be due to the IP change at our end related to the Maintenance/ Upgrade activity and we highly recommend you to allow sender3.zoho.com / IP Address 136.143.189.1 to retrieve emails via POP from Gmail in Zoho Mail without any errors.
We’ll update this post once the network upgrade is complete. As always, we thank you for your business and continued support for Zoho. We remain committed to continually improving our operations and infrastructure facilities to best serve your businesses.
There will be no maintenance in our EU Data Centers and all services will operate normally.
