Please Help, I'm unable to create an email, and I need that email with urgency!

Good morning, my name is Javier, and I'm from Peru (South America); I was using your service, and its pretty awesome, but today I had a big problem.

I have this domain: www.grupogalk.com

And I'm the administrator of the domain; my email is: admin@grupogalk.com

I'm able to create any email, we had 18 right now + the admin, but I need with urgency the email: arquitectura@grupogalk.com, I thought I create the email yesterday, and today, one of the members create a Facebook Ads Campaign with that email, and we realised that this email doesn't work.

I tried to create the email again, and I got a red code with the words: User already invited.

Please help me with urgency, because we invest money on the Facebook Campaigh with that email, and all our clients told us, that the email doesn't work.

If someone of the Tech Support, could create the email: arquitectura@grupogalk.com I'll be very grateful .
