Please request the Instagram Professional Account Admin to update permissions.

I have been trying to post on various social media accounts through Zoho. All other accounts are able to allow posting. When I try to make posts for Instagram, I continue to get this email from Zoho, "We're sorry but the following post from (BRAND NAME) couldn't go live because you don't have sufficient permission to post it on Instagram Professional Account." And the email also says "Please request the Instagram Professional Account Admin to update permissions." As I am an admin on the Zoho account, I'm not quite sure what is going on. Any insight or assistance would be greatly appreciated!
