The transfer of my Evernote has been stalled at 98% for a whole week. And now the access I have given Zoho to my Evernote account has expired. Evernote says Zoho has last accessed my account on 2018-10-21 which is last Sunday.

Is it possible to reset the transfer, and let me allow access again?
