Hello Team Zoho,

The accounts gerencia@maternofetal.com.co and secretaria@maternofetal.com.co are blocked due to suspicious login activity. 

We follow the steps in unblocking accounts in https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/troubleshooting.html#block 

We change the password, then press unblock, but it doesn't work.
