Poor forum, poor user community and poor service, why is tha

Hi guys,

30 posts in "General" around 30 posts in "Feature Requests" in the last 2 months which by the way, over 30% of them got no answer at all from you stuff, should be for you an indication that something is lacking.

If you don't take really care of your user community and their feedback or questions, who the hell are you going to make business with?

I find it very annoying sending you request, feedback or comments and not get any answer from you, and I guess the other users feel the same frustration as well.

Competition is big in internet, please take care of your user community and they will take care of you.
