When using the camera on a device to upload an image to a form (File Upload) I am getting very low quality.

When I previously tested the resolution was 800x600 now it is 75x100. I can't find any settings to adjust this.

I have made sure the camera settings are high, and tested on 2 different devices.

Why is this happening?
