I have tested the following methods of integrating Backstage with 3rd party applications:

The biggest limitation with methods 1 & 2 is that you have to list a specific event to listen to. This is unworkable for us as we run over 100 events a year. We should be able to monitor all purchases across all events using this integration. Afterwards, we can filter that information and then do with it as we require.

With webhooks, it does provide information across our Backstage portal but the information is useless as it only reports actions. For example, it will tell us when we have a new attendee in an event, but zero information about who they are, email, phone number, organisation etc.

Can we please get integration support in Backstage improved?
