POP and IMAP only for paid users after setting -copy to sent folder- on SMTP settings

Hello. I have been with zoho for a while. I have changed the setting "copy to sent folder" for the SMTP settings and now my pop3 and imap has been disabled saying it is for paid users only.. I have googled and apparently that's for new users. I have been a user for a long time, though. Could you please check?
