i have a number of POP accounts which pull in emails from our web server.
last week these were disabled by ZOHO following a problem with the server.
despite numerous requests for the accounts to be re-instated, I have had nothing back from Zoho.
I can access the emails via the server webmail, but not files and Ali am becoming extremely frustrated.
the lack of communication is particularly annoying.
please will someone from the mail team get in touch and inform me why the accounts cannot be reinserted. This is now proving really detrimental to our business which relies on emails.
