POP Mail, Online Trash Folder, Deleting Emails

I use a Pop account.  As such, the online email is deleted from the in-folder after the email has been fetched and downloaded.  I do believe Zoho saves the deleted email in the online-trash-folder for 30 days.  Is this a tunable parameter?  I'd rather not have my deleted email retained on-line.  Thx!
