We want to save the emails of a Zoho CRM user to the CRM before deactivating the user account. I've learned the only way to do this is to link the email account via POP, then do a backup.
I've assigned the user the Administrator profile, navigated to the email page, and attempted to setup a POP3 Office 365 account.
However, I get the error "Sorry, you do not have privileges to perform this operation. Please contact your administrator for permissions". From my research, this error seems to be a catch-all error that doesn't really help debug anything.
This user account has the Admin profile, so nothing is disabled for them in terms of permissions. We have some modules "hidden", but even so, my other users can setup their IMAP email configuration without any errors, so I'm unsure if hiding any irrelevant modules affects this.
I've contacted Zoho One support, but they've been investigating this issue almost a month now, and each new support rep that reaches out just goes through the same steps and says they'll get back to me.
