Populating user input from same form for a follow-up question

Good day 

How do I re-use input provided from one question to create a follow-up question based on the input provided. 
Scenario:
Question: Provide a list of your directors 
Director 1
AB Abdul
Director 2
CD Singh

I'd like to populate the input from the above (the names of the directors) into a drop-down matrix choice question to ask further further information about the directors.
