possible to set incoming mail alerts for only one mail alias, and exclude all others?

Hi, I have never used Zoho mobile app, I prefer to view the regular version. but now I am trying to find a way to meet a temporary need.
 I am participating in a course for 10 days and wish to minimise distractions. There is one mail alias from which I would still like to be alerted immediately an email comes in, and I am looking for a way to do this, using my smartphone. If I download the Zoho app, can it be set to alert me only when mail comes in to a particular mail alias?
Being alerted when mail arrives from from a particular sender, but no others, would also be helpful.
