Postcode search

Hi, we frequently use the UK Postcode criteria when performing advanced Candidate searches - e.g. Postcode Starts with CH and this has always worked fine, however today we just cannot get it to work properly. Historically running the above search would deliver candidates in CH1, CH2, CH3 etc etc, but now it no longer does that - in fact it only delivers Swiss candidates whose postcode format is CH-1234. Can you please investigate and advise whether this is a temporary issue/bug and when a fix will be completed.
