Posting to LinkedIn ?

I configured the posting to LinkedIn form with the necessary ID's and Account information and I added Zoho Recruit on LinkedIn Recruiter. When I post a job, nothing happens. What are the exact conditions that that will be checked when posting? What happens when there are no more Job slots available?
