Extensions are used by developers to build and host their applications. In Zoho Projects, users can add new features or host third party applications using extensions. By integrating with Zoho Sigma, these extensions can be shared within the product among different service portals.

Consider a scenario where a developer creates a task list extension in Zoho Projects. With Zoho Sigma integration, this extension can be hosted privately inside the organization. The developer gets to choose the service portals which are assigned to any of the tasks in that task list.

This extension can be accessed by users who are authorized to access the direct URL. The URL will be generated once the developer publishes the private extension. Learn more on how to create an extension using cloud editor.

Note: Private extensions can be accessed only by users who are authorized by the extension creator.
