Problem

Hi,

We are facing a problem.

We use you service and SendGrid to receive messages users submit on our WordPress site contact page - https://wpvivid.com/contact-us

The problem is that when users submit their message from our contact page, then from the emails contact[at]wpvivid.com and support[at]wpvivid.com, we can only see their message but their email addresses are showing as bounces@sendgrid.net (please see the attached screenshot)

We first thought it's a SendGrid issue, but after contact them, they said:

I further investigated this and it looks like the recipient server is displaying that return path address and unfortunately, we do not have access to their servers. Therefore, our hands are tied and you will have to reach out to them.

Any suggestions?
