Problem connecting to server

I'm having problems connecting to the server. My document is constantly trying to reconnect. Text is delayed in showing up on my screen, I'm having trouble editing or adding new text as well. I've tried closing the window and reopening the browser/reopening my document, and the problem doesn't seem to be going away. Any advice on how to fix the problem would be appreciated. Thank you.
