Problem setting up Zoho Mail in Microsoft Outlook for Mac OS X

Hi,
We're having problem specifically setting up IMAP to Outlook on Mac OS.
It keeps prompting we are "Unable to sign in. Check your credentials and try again."

Take note that we have successfully login to the web using the same credentials multiple times.
We also followed the instructions from your website to setup the IMAP.
